This Policy is in addition to the existing Entrepreneur Policy. This policy is designed to attract Entrepreneurs looking to establish a business in New Zealand and to provide for fast track Residence for successful applicants.

Include:

• Investment capital $0.5 million.
• Job creation: minimum 3 full time employees.
• English requirement: (IELTS) level 4.
• Age: no limit.
• Normal health and character criteria.

Applicants under this policy will have initially been approved a Long Term Business Visa to establish or purchase a business.
